Senator Torgerson, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for              
the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page               
2975. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 26(FIN) An                     
Act relating to hindering prosecution and to providing false                   
information or reports to a peace officer was adopted and read the
